Administration

  • Security levels & access rights can be configured based on either an individual or a group.

  • Users allowed to highlight personal and business calls online.

Connectivity/Integration

  • Supports all major PABX vendors and Cloud Telephony vendors

 Recording Playback Module for Cloud PBX (MS Teams / Zoom)

 

        Eastcom has enhanced its Flagship Product, TelCAAP™, to cater for seamless Play-back of Recording in the cloud (e.g., MS Teams / Zoom) as per Enterprise rules.

        Background:

  • Microsoft Teams / Zoom provides Recording Environment in cloud itself
  • Enterprises DO NOT NEED to invest in Recording Infrastructure separately
  • However, Teams records in One Drive (Zoom records in Zoom Cloud) of the individual who initiates recording (For Compliance)
  • Play-Back of recording is a hassle.
  • Sharing of Recording is Manual, hence no Security control
  • Play-Back requirements as per Organisation needs, which vary, cannot be met in the cloud
  • Currently, other traditional recording infrastructure is still used for this Purpose

Module will fill the gap without Enterprises investing in additional Recording Infrastructure

  • TelCAAP™ Grabber can fetch the Recorded files in addition to Session details through Graph API.
  • The files can be downloaded to local servers, encrypted and/or kept in the cloud.
  • Recording link will be provided which can be accessed as per User Rights without manual intervention
  • TelCAAP™ Reports combine all call types such as Local, STD, IDD, Peer to Peer, Meetings etc. in one Summary report for easy viewing and recording link for Play-back.

   Reports

  • Reports can be accessed via desktop browser (IE5.0 and above), and no additional client software is required.
  • ‘Two click’ approach to generate a standard report.
  • All reports contain detailed/ summary information on usage (duration), costs (based on operator tariffs) and breakdown between IDD, STD & Local calls
  • Reports can be generated in combinations of the following parameters:
  • Outgoing or incoming calls
  • Individual extensions or users (PIN based)
  • Groups (Department, Division, Cost Centre, Location etc)
  • User defined reporting period
  • Carrier/Operator
  • Trunk group/CO Lines
  • Specific route based calls to specific countries can be analyzed
