Eastcom Systems is pleased to announce that our MACD Manager have successfully gone live at National University of Singapore (NUS).

In any organization, the movement of personnel—whether it’s joining, resigning, or transferring—inevitably involves changes across various operational systems, especially Communication Systems. Traditionally, these changes are managed manually, which often leads to delays in provisioning, increased errors, higher costs, and lower productivity.

NUS was seeking to automate the provisioning of new user accounts in their Cloud IP Telephony System, triggered when new users are onboarded to the NUS Active Directory (AD). The system is also integrated with the NUS BOSS system.

Our MACD Manager product was selected to automate the provisioning and deprovisioning activities within Zoom. This solution is meticulously designed to leverage IP Cloud telephony architecture, helping NUS achieve its objectives of efficiency and accuracy in managing their communication systems.
