Rajeev Rajagopal is Deputy CTO of Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd, having dedicated 18 years of exemplary service to the organization. Throughout his tenure, Rajeev has consistently showcased exceptional dedication, expertise, and innovation as a vital member of the Product Development team. He is also the DPO of Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd, responsible for safeguarding personal data.
Rajeev’s contributions have been nothing short of outstanding, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. His remarkable work has been recognized with several prestigious awards and accolades, highlighting his significant impact:
Innovation Development Awards for Bill Mapper (2010), MS Lync PIN Authentication System (2014) and Enterprise Pin Authentication Secured Server for Microsoft Skype for Business (2016), SWIFT Visitor Management System v 1.2.(2020), EPASS Multi-Level (2024).
Notably, Rajeev has successfully executed one of the largest Microsoft Skype for Business (SFB) Unified Communication implementations, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and project management skills.
Rajeev has actively contributed to various development initiatives, including EPASS (Enterprise Pin Authentication Secured Server – Cloud version), CCAAP (Comprehensive Cost Analysis and Allocation Package) Enhancement, GRIPS (Global Recycling Interactive Pin-management System), and various Cloud Telephony add-ons.
Rajeev’s commitment to innovation and excellence remains unwavering as he continues to be actively involved in our new initiatives in Unified Communication, Artificial Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, and Cloud Telephony.
Rajeev holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Anna University, Chennai, India.

Shweta is an Accounts & Admin Executive in Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd. having 9 years of comprehensive Finance, Office Administration, and HR Department functions at Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd. With a solid foundation in financial management and a proven track record of efficiency, Shweta is a reliable and trusted member of Eastcom Team.
Before joining Eastcom Systems, Shweta served as an Accounts Executive at Travel Tours Pte Ltd in Bangalore. In this role, she played a pivotal part in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records for the company.
With a strong educational background and exceptional organizational skills, Shweta is poised to make a significant impact in supporting the financial department of Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd. Her dedication, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd.

His track record of success, coupled with his strategic vision and commitment to driving business growth, makes him a valuable asset to Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd.
With a rich history spanning over Two decades in Sales and Business Development, Thomas brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Prior to his current role at Eastcom, Thomas served at Advantech Co. Singapore Pte Ltd, a Taiwanese MNC. Here, he managed Microsoft Embedded Software, McAfee Embedded Software, Acronis, MS Azure CSP business, and Advantech’s IoT solutions for the SAP region, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in navigating diverse business landscapes.

Dinesh B. Tiwari, Business Development Director at SG IoT Consortium- SGIoTC, brings with him over 27 years of rich industry experience. Leading the Singapore IoT Consortium-India, he holds a pivotal role in steering Industry Propositions, Business Development, Partner Engagements, Operations, and P&L responsibilities.
His expertise spans across various domains including IoT Platform, BI, AI & ML, Smart Cities, Embedded Development of IoT, Intelligent BMS, Energy Efficiency & Energy Platform, Digital Transformation through IoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Digital Locks, IoT Based Heavy Metal Detection in Sewerage Networks, Smart Wastewater Treatment, Community Water Drinking Systems, IoT Based Warehousing Management, and IoT Based Smart Mats for Hospitals.
Dinesh has consistently exhibited strengths in sales strategy, planning, and execution, forging strategic partnerships, alliances, and sales acquisitions. His ability to cultivate and nurture C-Level relationships, coupled with his adeptness in mapping government relationships, has been instrumental in driving business growth.
