Dr. Rajah Kumar
Dr. Rajah Kumar is President of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) and advisor and senior consultant to Philips Healthcare in Asia/Pacific. Dr. Kumar also serves on the board of the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) in addition to being on several workgroups in the Malaysian Economic Planning Unit (EPU). Previously, Dr. Kumar was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Philips Group of Companies in Malaysia from August 2002 until October 2008. Dr. Kumar is often invited to speak on various topics in management by SMU, ASLI, Marcus Evans and many other organizations and business schools in the region.
Dr. Kumar is a physicist and electronics engineer with an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA)
Shiva Bhaskaran
Shiva Bhaskaran advises Eastcom Systems on operations, digital transformation and resilient service delivery in today’s AI-driven business landscape. With over 30 years of experience leading ICT and infrastructure for global enterprises, he helps organizations scale securely, optimize costs, and align technology with evolving client and market needs across Asia Pacific.
He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Eastcom Systems from 2016 to 2023, overseeing operations, finance, governance, and client engagement across ASEAN, the Middle East, and Australia. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse, Citibank and DBS Bank, managing large-scale infrastructure programs and multi-million-dollar contracts. Recognized for building resilient teams and strengthening client relationships, Shiva Bhaskaran now focuses on mentoring leaders and guiding the practical adoption of AI, automation, and modern infrastructure to build future-ready organizations.
